Carafe Wine Wagon At Gold Coast 500 Super Cars

The annual Gold Coast 500 Super Cars has blasted through Surfers Paradise for another year and Carafe Wine was trackside keeping race-goers refreshed with our selection of premium Australian wines.

The clear winner, overtaking all others was the icy Frosé, crafted from our famous Land of the Sun Rosé from the Yarra Valley.

It was also the first event for us to test drive the new stainless steel wine barrels. To recycle or to reuse is the environmental question and at the Gold Coast 500 we helped reduce some of the carbon footprint by using these reusable barrels, rather than the recyclable plastic ones.

Overall we’re very please with the result. The wine stayed bright and fresh to the last drop and we get to use the barrels again and again with no waste.
