The hospitality industry is becoming more aware of its responsibility to the planet. The focus is now on the amount of packaging that is used in the supply of food and beverage and the carbon footprint related to transportation.

Carafe Wine specialises in shipping wine in large formats to reduce that environmental impact. We source our wines from premium wine regions in Australia and transport them in bulk. For our clients’ restaurant we utilise key kegs and tap systems, with wine served to guests in reusable carafes.
